About Us
Art has over 35 years in law enforcement video. He still works for the Alameda Co. District Attorney as Director of Photography, for the famed Video Unit, in which he created. He’s videotaped over 300 homicide CSI VIDEO’s and thousands of other CSI VIDEO’s in his career, and is a certified Steadicam Operator.
He has pioneered many video techniques now used nationwide because of these classes. This course has been featured on “60 Minutes” CNN. SHOWTIME, HBO and more.
Many of the past students in this course, using the techniques learned here, have videotaped some of the most headline grabbing stories nationwide. For example the WACO, TX shootout, O.J. Simpson and the Scott Peterson/Laci Peterson Murder case.
Art has conducted this class nationwide for the past 33 years, for California POST, LEVA, IACP, EPIC, and IPTM.
Art holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Television/Motion Picture Broadcast Production, from San Jose State University. Art has also been certified to testify as a expert in CSI VIDEO in Superior Court in the State Of California.
